The building of Królewska company that rises at the intersection of Marszałkowska and Królewska Streets delineates from the North the area of inner centre of Warsaw. The corner protruding to the foreground indicates the start of the frontage of Marszałkowska Street and is an element of the sequence of tall buildings emphasizing successive intersections and characteristic points. On the basis of an analysis of the existing urban context it was deemed that the development of such a prominent location should be distinguished by its dimensions from the frontage of both streets. The adopted solution enables closing the frontage of Marszałkowska Street at this section and emphasizing its diversity on its entire length along the Saxon Garden. The scale of the building in relation to the existing buildings arrangement constitutes a repetition of the situation before World War II, whereby the site at the corner of Królewska and Marszałkowska Streets was taken up by Blochs' tenement building that was twice as high as the adjacent houses. Due to a significant increase in the overall dimensions of the buildings and the widening of the streets after World War II, it seemed that a legitimate solution would be to construct a building of around 55 metres in height at the corner, which allowed to maintain the suitable proportions in relation to the environment.
The building's elevation can be interpreted as a folded piece of paper, bent at a right angle at the contact point with the adjacent Gutt office building in such a manner that it forms in the area of the intersection of the streets a natural arch with the edge tilted from the vertical on the frontage of Marszałkowska Street. The detail of the façade clad with travertine creates a rhythm of window openings emphasized by the sculptural cavities at the position of horizontal joints of the elevation cladding. The three large window openings extending to a height of four storeys are an attempt to establish a relationship with the building's environment - the greenery of the Saxon Garden and road traffic as well as with its background, which is blue sky.
The interior is an optimized "working machine", for which the only determinant is the provision of light for the office spaces and the proportion of their spaces to the space taken up the vertical circulation paths.
