On the 6th of September 20011 construction of Getin Plaza, a 32 000 sq. m. GLA office complex on the opposite of the Museum of the Warsaw Uprising has begun.
We are glad to inform, that our employee Wojciech Gajewski won a silver medal in the giant slalom in the category open during the XX Architect Alpine Skiing Championship in Zakopane.

Stefan Kuryłowicz delivered a lecture under the title “Roads to Architecture – Ideas and Ideals” on April 28. The lecture took place in the Club of Muses and was another lecture in a series co-created by our Studio together with the Foundation for the Development of Architecture FTA.
The edifice of the Faculties of Humanities in Nicolas Copernicus University in Toruń is being constructed in the Design & Build system. We won the tender in the consortium bid with Mostostal Warszawa, the General Contractor of the investment project.
We have won one of the five honourable mentions in the nationwide competition for the development of 4.5ha plot in Gdańsk.
We won the competition organized by Szarotki Development from Szczecin. A class A office building of the rentable floor area of 10,000 m will be erected at Malczewskiego Street in Szczecin.
The Warsaw Business Journal Monthly awarded our Studio with a prize in the category of architecture firms. The Studio was placed at the top of the list of the best architectural studios in Poland.

We have been honoured with an award of the Forbes monthly magazine awarded to the fastest developing companies. We finished in 8th place in the nationwide ranking of the companies with the most dynamic growth in revenues in the previous years.
On 7.01.2010, a contract for a multi-discipline design for a 4 star hotel in Rypin was concluded. The task of the Studio will be to develop the land elevation at the entrance to the city and to design a hotel and conference building with a SPA programme.
Our design has been awarded an honourable mention in the international architectural competition for a new premises of the Museum of the History of Poland under the auspices of the Association of Polish Architects SARP and the International Union of Architects.
At the end of November, a contract for a draft land development plan of the areas surrounding Huta Warszawa steelworks was signed. The design envisages the development of nearly 90ha as well as the construction of a new residential district of the city. A large part of the site will be earmarked for green areas and the design will take into consideration a balanced distribution of the residential, service and recreational functions.
